RENTAL MARKETING
RENT COLLECTION
We provide online payment services at no charge to tenants or the owner, as well as pay slips tenants can use to make payments at local stores when necessary. This system has proven very successful.
INSPECTIONS
We inspect every unit annually. We will then generate a report for the owner, complete with photos and any recommendations that we think will keep the entirety of the property at peak condition.
TENANT SCREENING
Strong and successful marketing campaign, thorough and clear tenant criteria for screening, full screening of credit, rent criminal and eviction history, and verification of employment.
MAINTENANCE
We have both in-house maintenance teams and outside vendors that we not only hold highly accountable for their quality of work, but also for their fees so we can keep repair costs down for our owners.
ENFORCEMENT
We do drive-by’s of properties to keep an eye on the exteriors, and if we find anything that is out of the scope of the lease we give a one-time warning and then serve notices on the tenant as required.
